Here’s a curated list of essential services many students find helpful. Each includes what the service offers, when it’s useful, a student voice and how-to engage.

UTS Counselling Service

UTS offers free and confidential counselling for all enrolled students to help with with a wide range of personal, psychological, study-related and administrative difficulties. Counselling can be provided face-to-face, over the phone, or via video. Appointments are easy to book online via UTS Student Services, and you don’t need a referral. The service typically offers short-term support, consisting of approximately 4 sessions.

UTS Health Service

UTS offers friendly and confidential medical services to its students, staff and their families. They are available to both domestic and international students via in-person appointment or Telehealth, by appointment. Our alumni community who have sought regular support through their UTS doctor, are also welcome to continue seeing them for support after they graduate.

UTS Health Service offer a broad range of practice services including:

General health and wellbeing
Sexual mealth
Travel medicine
Men's health
Women's health
Vaccinations for placement

UTS Accessibility & Inclusion Service

The UTS Accessibility and Inclusion Service is the university’s central point for all students living with disability, medical or mental health conditions. They provide ongoing assistance and support to access services as well as assessment arrangements and reasonable adjustment. Their main purpose is to enable students participation in their learning and coursework.

You can see an Accessibility advisor and register with Accessibility for:

Access support for disability, medical, or mental health needs
Assessment extensions
Stay supported throughout your studies
