Congratulations on taking the time to reflect on your mental health and create a wellbeing plan! That is no small thing. Having this plan is a powerful step towards looking after yourself, and it will be there to guide you whenever you need it.
Remember, your wellbeing plan is not meant to sit in a folder and gather dust. It is a living resource that you can come back to and update as your life, studies and circumstances change. You might revisit it when you start a new semester, go through a big life event, or simply feel that what supports you has evolved over time.
Here are a few ways you can keep your plan active and meaningful.

Check in regularly:
Set a reminder every few months to read through your plan. Notice what still feels right and what could be updated.

Share it (if you feel comfortable):
You might choose to share parts of your plan with someone you trust, like a friend, family member, mentor, or counsellor. Sometimes, just knowing another person is aware of how you would like to be supported can make reaching out a little easier.

Use it proactively:
Your plan is not only for tough times. Let it remind you of the habits and connections that help you feel strong and well, even when you are doing okay.

Above all, remember that you do not have to figure everything out alone. There are people and services ready to support you, and the skills you have practised in this module, like reflecting, reaching out and planning ahead, will help you navigate whatever comes next.
