1. Eligibility:
The OurHerd gift card competition is open to Australian residents aged 13 years or older at the time of entry, except for residents of Northern Territory (NT) and Western Australia (WA).
You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions when entering the competition. If you are under 18, you must get your parent or guardian’s consent to enter.
This competition is conducted by batyr Australia Limited (ABN 51 152 952 737) (batyr).
Participants must be registered users of the OurHerd app
2. Entry Requirements:
To enter the competition, you must download the OurHerd App from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and create an account.
You must provide accurate and complete information during account creation. By creating an account you agree to the OurHerd terms of use and privacy policy.
Your account must still be active when the competition closes.
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter the competition.
The OurHerd app is owned and operated by batyr.
3. Entry method
To enter the competition, you must download the OurHerd app from the App Store or Google Play.
You must use the OurHerd app at least once during the competition period.
If you have already downloaded the OurHerd app prior to the competition period can enter by opening and using the app at least once during the competition period.
4. Competition Period:
The competition begins on Wednesday 1st November 2022 and ends at 11:59pm on Monday 15th January 2024 (Australian Eastern Standard Time).
You must create an account before the closing time.
5. Prize:
The prize is one of three True Rewards Choice Digital Visa gift cards valued at $500 each. Total prize pool is $1500.
The Choice Digital Visa Gift Card will be sent to each winner via email and SMA (if provided). Please visit the True Rewards site to view the Terms & Conditions of digital Visa cards https://truerewards.com.au/visa-gift-card-terms/
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be substituted for cash or other items.
batyr reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if the prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
6. Winner Selection:
There will be three winners of the competition, each will win a $500 Choice Digital Visa Gift Card.
The winners will be randomly selected on Monday 15th January 2024.
The winners will be notified via email (and SMS) provided during account creation.
If the Prize is unclaimed within 14 days after the winner is notified, batyr will randomly select a new winner.
7. Limitation of Liability:
batyr will not be held liable for any loss (including consequential or indirect loss) or damage suffered or sustained by you in connection with the competition.
You agree to release and indemnify batyr, its officers, employees or agents against any loss, damage or claim arising as a result of your breach of these Terms and Conditions.
8. Collection of your personal information
batyr and its related entities collect your personal information for the purpose of conducting and promoting the competition (including but not limited to determining and notifying winners).
batyr may also disclose personal information collected to Australian regulatory authorities.
batyr will otherwise handle your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy available at https://www.batyr.com.au/page/2/privacy.
9. General Conditions:
batyr reserves the right to disqualify your entry if it is incomplete, inaccurate, or violates these terms and conditions.
batyr is not responsible for technical issues, network disruptions, or other factors that may affect your participation in the competition.
batyr's decisions, including random winner selection, are final and binding.
10. Governing Law:
The competition and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia .
